LINE VISION · Video QC/QA Monitoring

Turn scattered cameras into
one intelligent control room

LINE VISION connects the video streams you already have — CCTV and process cameras — and detects process deviations, safety risks and quality events in real time. The 24/7 monitoring humans cannot sustain, AI does.

INPUT

Existing camera streams

CCTV and process cameras connected via RTSP/ONVIF — no rework

PERCEIVE

Object & behavior recognition

People, equipment and material states recognized per frame

DETECT

Event verdicts

Hybrid of explicit rules and anomaly detection

ALERT

Alerts · clips · reports

Instant notification with event video clips attached

/01 How it works

Not a recorder. A watchtower.

Most factory CCTV is used only as after-the-fact playback. LINE VISION turns the same cameras into real-time detectors — explicit violations are caught by rules, hard-to-define deviations by anomaly detection.

01 · STREAM

Connect streams

Standard RTSP/ONVIF connection to existing cameras — start without adding channels

02 · PERCEIVE

Recognize

Workers, equipment, material and forklifts recognized with position and behavior state per frame

03 · DETECT

Hybrid verdicts

Explicit rules (restricted-zone entry) plus anomaly patterns (unusual congestion, motion, equipment state)

04 · RESPOND

Alert & record

Mobile/beacon alerts with before/after clips; statistics auto-aggregated into reports

* Event-centric recording — not always-on raw storage — cuts both storage cost and privacy exposure.

NO-REBUILD

Your CCTV, as is

Any camera supporting RTSP/ONVIF connects without replacement; scale from dozens to hundreds of channels by adding GPU servers.

HYBRID

Rules + anomaly detection

Missing helmets and zone violations trigger instantly by rule; "different-from-usual" congestion, motion paths and equipment states are caught by anomaly detection — covering risks you never defined.

EVIDENCE

Clip-attached alerts

Every alert carries a before/after video clip. The control room focuses on response, not judgment — and clips become recurrence-prevention training material.

PRIVACY

On-premise · de-identification

Video never leaves your servers. Optional face blurring protects worker privacy alongside safety.

/02 Use Cases

Use Case Analysis

Start with safety monitoring, then extend the same infrastructure to quality QA and standard-work compliance.

Materials · Process safety

Time to awareness: 43 minutes → 8 seconds

Challenge

Operators watched dozens of monitors, yet most incidents were confirmed only in post-hoc recordings — average awareness took 43 minutes.

Approach

Existing CCTV streams were connected as-is; restricted zones, pinch-point risks and abnormal congestion were detected in real time with clips attached to alerts.

Result

Average awareness dropped to 8 seconds with zero safety incidents since launch. Control staff now focus on response, not watching.

Food · Packaging line QA

Final pack state verified by camera, 100%

Challenge

Missing/misapplied labels, seal defects and mixed products were found after shipment, at the customer — driving recall costs.

Approach

End-of-line camera streams verify label, seal and count in real time; NG packs are diverted immediately.

Result

Packaging defects are now caught in-line, with per-lot QA records generated automatically.

Electronics assembly · SOP compliance

Manual-work standards managed as data

Challenge

Skipped or reordered steps in manual assembly caused defects, but verification relied on after-the-fact interviews.

Approach

Station cameras detect deviations from standard work sequence (skipped or swapped steps) and notify the line leader.

Result

Deviations turn into real-time coaching: work-related defects fell and new-hire ramp-up time shortened.

/04 FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we use our existing CCTV as-is?
If cameras support RTSP/ONVIF, they connect directly. Some legacy analog cameras can be included via encoders — a pre-deployment survey confirms channel-by-channel feasibility.
Won't frequent false alarms get ignored?
Exactly — so alarm quality is managed with zone/time/duration conditions and on-site feedback learning. The goal is not alarm volume, but alarms that are always worth checking.
Does it work at night or in low light?
Low-light enhancement and IR camera streams are supported. For extremely dark zones, the site survey includes camera/lighting reinforcement proposals.
How is worker privacy handled?
Fully on-premise operation keeps video inside your network; face de-identification, access control and audit logs are provided, along with sample operating-policy documents for labor-management alignment.
